When you place your order, if you provide us with your email address and / or your mobile phone number, we will send you updates of your delivery as your order travels to you.

Who picks and packs my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, this is then allocated to a member of our despatch team. Our dedicated warehouse & despatch team work around the clock to carefully pick and pack your orders, making sure to carry out exceptional packing procedures so that you receive nothing less than perfect.
Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, your goods are passed on to our courier service who will personally deliver your order straight to your door. If you are local to us ( within 10 miles of Brandon _ we deliver on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Who are the couriers that will deliver my parcel?
We work with Evri and Royal Mail – We will email you with your tracking information once your order has been despatched.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Rest assured, if you are not in you will receive a notification from Evri advising you how to rearrange delivery.
If we are likely to encounter problems delivering to your address, please let our customer service team know at hello@clickinit.co.uk
Please note - if your order is returned due to you missing the delivery, your order will be refunded minus the delivery cost you paid plus the return cost back to us.
