Here at Clickin It we work with Royal Mail and Parcelforce to safely and efficiently deliver your parcels straight to your home.
When you place your order, if you provide us with your email address and / or your mobile phone number, Royal Mail / Parcelforce will send you updates of your delivery as your order travels to you.
Please Note : Parcelforce orders on a Next Working Day means that if you place an order for despatch on a Friday, the Next Working Day for Delivery is MONDAY not a Saturday !

Who picks and packs my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, this is then allocated to a member of our despatch team. Our dedicated warehouse & despatch team work around the clock to carefully pick and pack your orders, making sure to carry out exceptional packing procedures so that you receive nothing less than perfect.
Once your parcel is ready to be shipped, your goods are passed on to our courier service who will personally deliver your order straight to your door.
Who are the couriers that will deliver my parcel?
We work with Royal Mail and Parcelforce – We will email you with your tracking information once your order has been despatched.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Rest assured, if you are not in you will receive a card from Royal Mail / Parcelforce advising you how to rearrange delivery.
If we are likely to encounter problems delivering to your address, please let our customer service team know at email@example.com
Please note - if your order is returned due to you missing the delivery, your order will be refunded minus the delivery cost you paid plus the return cost back to us.
What happens with large deliveries?
It is possible that you may receive multiple boxes depending on how much you have ordered with us. We will email you all tracking numbers once your order has been placed.
Click & Collect
Click & collect is an option from our unit in Brandon, Suffolk, IP27 0PD
At the checkout just choose Local Pick Up. Once your order has been picked and packed, you'll get an email from us saying your order is ready for collection. Collection can be made Monday - Friday 9.30am to 4pm
